I've sent the Cwtch Gift Box to two special people when I couldn't be with them for their birthdays. On both occasions, it arrived perfectly in time for the day – one of which was ordered very last minute. I really appreciate both the service and the quality of Calon Lan Cakes. My loved ones so enjoyed both the presentation and – even more – the contents! In fact, I need to order some for myself so I can finally taste how delicious they are! Thank you again, Sarah.

We wanted welsh cake wedding favours but needed them to be gluten and dairy free for a number of different allergies. Sarah was so helpful with this and nothing was too much trouble.
I collected them the day before our wedding and they looked and smelled incredible.
Everyone was impressed with how good they looked at the wedding and commented on how nice they tasted. They helped me bring a little bit of Welsh to my wedding.

I saw Calon Lan’s welsh cake tower on a Facebook post a couple of months back, I contacted Sarah, who was so helpful from day 1. We weren’t fortunate enough to ever met Sarah or see her yummy bakes in a wedding fair, however, she ensured we had a selection of welsh cakes in an array of flavours delivered to try! They were delicious! We ordered chocolate chip, and lime and coconut for our day at Hensol Castle last week, both delicious and loved by our guest, so much so my husband and I didn’t even see any, they had all been demolished. Calon Lan were my perfect wedding supplier. I was kept informed every step of the way, given so many choices and options to make sure our favours were exactly what we wanted and they did not disappoint. Everyone including our photographer (who has been to lots of weddings) commented on how delicious our wedding welsh cakes were and they looked absolutely gorgeous. Sarah even used a special font I sent to her (she can clearly deal with even the most crazy brides like me haha) I am so glad we found you and would 100% recommend, I just wish we could have welsh cakes delivered to us every day now haha :) x

We ordered Welsh Cakes as favours for our wedding on Saturday after tasting Sarah's creations at a wedding fair.
We have received lots of compliments on them, they looked incredible and tasted even better, I'm glad we ordered a few 'spares' just in case!
We had provided our own tags which were added on to the favours before being delivered to the venue on the morning of the wedding. Having this option available meant there was a lot less running around for us to do in the run up to the wedding, for which we are very grateful.
All communication was great - replies to my emails were swift, friendly and reassuring.
I am now on the lookout for an excuse to make another order!

Ordered 80 Welsh cake packs for wedding favours and they were beautifully wrapped and presented.

Thank you so much for our wedding favours. The lemon welsh cake hearts and the choc chip shortbread went down a treat at our Scottish/Welsh wedding. The Scots loves the welsh cakes so much so any spare boxes the next day mysteriously had the welsh cakes missing. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Sarah produced our welsh cake favours in the shape of love spoons for our wedding day and they were absolutely amazing! They tasted so delicious! I enjoyed them so much that I scooped up the leftovers and took them home for myself and my new husband, they didn’t last very long but stayed fresh for a number of days.
We’ve had so many glowing compliments from guests who were also asking for more.
Sarah was so lovely and easy to deal with from day one.
We would definitely recommend Calon Lân Cakes to anybody looking for first class service.

We would love to say a massive Diolch to Sarah for creating us the most beautiful welshcake wedding favours for our big day on April 28th 2018. The favours looked and tasted absolutely stunning and we had so many compliments throughout the day off the guests. Our vegan friend was over the moon with her welshcake favours too. Our minds were put at ease on the day as Sarah kindly delivered our welshcakes to the venue which saved so much stress! I've lost count of the number of times we've ordered from here including Welsh cakes, shortbread and bigger cakes for birthday celebrations Every single bake has been delicious. Yesterdays Victoria sandwich smelt and tasted lovely and as my daughter described was "bouncy" (light!). I have never been disappointed and would highly recommend.

From start to finish, Sarah has been professional, helpful and kind. She provided us with absolutely lovely mini welsh cakes and shortbread for our wedding reception and they tasted as good as they looked. The jars of cakes and shortbread were very much enjoyed by all of our guests. I couldn't recommend Sarah more highly and wouldn't hesitate to use Calon Lan cakes for any future events and celebrations.

From the moment we ate your welsh cakes back in 2015/16 we knew we wanted them to be our favours and they certainly did not disappoint. I actually ate hardly anything at the wedding as I lost my appetite because of all the hype but I made sure I ate the welshcakes!
Your service has been brilliant. Whilst being friendly and informal it has always been professional. The contact between ourselves was always timely and thorough which may be able to trust you 100% and I knew that the favours would be fab with no faults.
As I said the welsh cakes were gorgeous to eat and they also looked great. The ribbon you chose was fab also.
I cannot speak highly enough of you. I will certainly be recommending you to others and I will be ordering again from you. I am actually planning on ordering some welsh cakes to give to our work colleagues as they were all so generous and not everyone was able to make it to the day and the wedding cake did not make it round everyone so I will be in touch in a few weeks once we get our photos and we have printed our thank you cards.

Hello, I am the bride's Mum & I just wanted to say on behalf of the happy couple a big thank for supplying the absolutely gorgeous Welshcakes, Shortbread, Bara Brith & Blondies for the cocktail hour and evening reception on Sunday.
As it was a hot day the Welshcakes and Shortbread were the perfect accompaniment during cocktail hour as they were so light as well as been incredibly tasty. They were just the right size for people to snack on too and we received many positive comments from guests on how delicious they were.
Thank you for delivering them to the New House the night before to avoid the Velothon. -
Hi Sarah, the bara brith was Fab! Our English guests needed it explained to them but it went down a storm. Our flower girl managed a whole one in one go. The wrapping and twine looked lovely & thanks for persevering with the tags, it couldn't have been easy threading them all through. We're still on honeymoon but many, many thanks they were Fab.

Firstly myself and James are so glad we met you at the Glen yr afon Wedding Fayre, as we were struggling on ideas for our Wedding Favours.
We ordered 4 mini original Welshcakes all wrapped to perfection and they went down an absolute treat, everyone loved them.
They are definitely "excellent value for money".
We put our Welshcakes in a Mason jar for each of our guests so they had something to go home with as well.
We have recommended yourselves already and will carry on so in the future, we could not have asked for anything more.

The Welshcake wedding favours that you supplied were absolutely delicious, they were a definite hit with all the guests.
I liked the idea that we could have a choice of two flavours in each box.
Excellent value for money too.
Myself & my husband ate ours on the Monday and they were still fresh and lovely.
We had the rustic theme at the wedding and they looked fab on the tables.
The presentation of the box and when you opened them was lovely.
As my daughter said "they are really cute"
We were really pleased with them and thank you very much for doing them for us.
